ordered Smoky Southern Salmon which theysay they no longer offer. Did not inform us. Our Dasher had to call us and tell us. Then he had to wait 45 minutes for them to make our food.
One of two different desserts ordered was out of stock. Was called and offered a refund or two desserts of the same type. I opted for two of the same desserts, and received one dessert and a partial dessert. Was charged for the out of stock dessert which was 50% more expensive. Disappointed.
Kids crispy tenders looking more like nuggets. Both my kids need to eat, not just one! Tenders are literally the size of the fork or salt\pepper packet. Bite size! Yall gone down hill. And you got the drinks wrong. Fire that Manager!
The baked potato was good. But when I bought the corn muffins it said it was supposed to be four, instead I got two. So I didn't get all that I paid for. On top of that, the beignets had no powdered sugar on them whatsoever, none. Not even on the side. And when I tried one, they didn't even taste sweet. It tasted salty. the food was good as usual but there was a $15online ordering fee
We did not get our purchased biscuits or cornbread with our meals. Portions via door dash are smaller than in the restaurant. Not happy.

Broth was soupy and the whole thing smelled off. It was ice cold and they even forgot the green beans. The broccoli in the casserole wasn't cooked, you couldn't even cut it with a fork. The carrots were loaded with sugar and cooked to the point on being the same consistency as mashed potatoes.
The slow cooked beef tasted like canned processed meat. Poor quality. Bring back your toast beef dinner. The chicken was awful. We usually love cb. Never complained. These meals were terrible quality.
