We normally love the Homestyle Chicken Family Meal but the last two times the chicken has been a lot thinner. This would be fine if it wasnt being over cooked. The edges were so dry and chewy it was hard to eat. The mashed potatoes were also not fresh tasting. Very thick and mealy like dried school paste. Not sure why the drastic change lately.
The food was ice cold. The turkey was very salty, not fresh, more like packaged thick sliced lunch meat. The stuffing was bread crumbs. Period. Not stuffing. The salad was ok, what can they screw up in a salad? Oh, so was the unsweetened tea.
The steak was over cooked; I asked for medium and received well done and what could get through was tough- I cut it up and gave it to my dog. The bacon was mostly fat and they don't offer an option for plain hash browns. I don't like cheese on hash browns. The gravy for the biscuits was bland and flavorless. The only good thing about this breakfast was the peach cobbler and the eggs. The eggs were cooked to perfection. Sampler that only had meatloaf - manger blamed it on dasher not grabbing multiple Bags when the the tickets says "bag 1 of 1" Quality check signed by employee
Spent $90, chicken was old and skin was missing on most pieces or under fried from to many pieces in the fryer when trying cook. Probably precooked and sitting for far to long. Mac and cheese was dry with no sauce like it had been sitting in the heated pan for several hours. Completely different from the first time we ordered. It probably about the time of day you order. Very disappointing for almost $100
Mashed potatoes were not edible
This is the second time in a row my order has been incorrect. First time was the entirely wrong order, this time the biscuits were missing from the biscuit breakfast
