I love Cracker Barrel and while I'm always happy in the restaurant, I feel like they seriously fail when sending out door dash orders. They ALWAYS forget to send something. This last order was missing the entire dumpling meal and the gravy that was an additional charge. These are not things the drivers are not grabbing; they are things the store is not sending. They need to improve their checks and balances for to go orders.
Our order was missing the sides chosen for the country sampler meal. Also, the portions were smaller than what you'd receive eating in the restaurant. The quality was great (Of course, the restaurant is great). However, it's best to eat at the restaurant instead of getting DoorDash.
Got 1 syrup & butter for 3 pancakes. No way that makes sense.
Over cooked shrimp. No taste
Food was ok. Green beais had too much pepper. biscuits and cornbread were not in the bag, very little coke syrup in coke
Cho chip pancakes were great. our first time ordering the Campfire Beef dinner which was a jor disappointment. Beef was dried out, corn was inedible so tough
I had high hopes spending as much as I did. The meatloaf is gross and cold. The mac and cheese is kind of bland. The mashed potatoes are dry. Really the only thing good was the Sweet Tea, chicken tenders, and biscuits. I won't be trying a family meal a thrid time.
New York Strip Steak was very thin, over cooked, tough, and tasteless. Very Disappointing. The baked potato had been pre-cooked so it was dry, with little flavor. We both were very disappointed in our meals.
Absolutely awful. I paid for a country fried chicken breakfast, and got something smaller than a biscuit. I ended up cooking a second breakfast for my kid because the breakfast was that small. I was speechless. How can they charge that price for an almost empty tray? It's wild. The rest of our order wasn't very impressive either. We're all done ordering from here.
