They did not add an ingredient I had requested and paid for, and did not bother calling to notify me they lacked the item I had already purchased.
Food unappealing and cold. Requested cornbread but received biscuits instead. This is my second or third poor experience with this store. Definitely won't be ordering from here again.
Chicken Fried Steak was hard to cut. More breading and less meat. Flavorless. Plus, we ordered three plates and they only sent two. When I called about it, she said I could go pick up the third (we were not able to go) or get that one refunded.

food was very salty yet still managed to be lacking in flavor. Burger patties were dry, Chicken N Dumplings had no chicken just salty dough, breakfast biscuit looks like it was leftovers, peack cobbler was just few scraps of Dumplings with cinnamon and sugar over a scoop of can peaches, the cake tasted like a box cake made with soda that you would get a church function. Worst breakfast ever!!! Pancakes were rubbery and tasted nasty, sausage chewed and tasted like an unknown meat, and the bacon was hardly cooked!! The eggs were the only thing eatable. Just a very sad experience. I will not be back.
I ordered two mommas pancakes and only received three pancakes when I should of got six. Also, for 6 pancakes they only gave me one bottle of syrup.
The sweet tea as definitily NOT sweet and the biscuits for the biscuit breakfast were no where to be found
The order showed up with no butter and no syrup for the pancakes. I don't know what was wrong with the fried apples but they were hard and chalky; like they had been over cooked. Very disappointing. I used to love the food here but it has gone down hill.
