Ordered coffee and it was not packaged correctly to ensure safe delivery from tampering. I will not be drinking what u paid for. Furthermore when offering coffee to customers please consider adding option to ask for cream and sugar. I now have a black coffee that I can not drink because the lid was not made tamper proof or placed inside bag with other food and sealed.
Steak was overcooked and dry, I've ordered this many times and this the first time I was unhappy with my food
Mashed potatoes had apples mixed in with them.
Everything was tasteless and boring. Cracker Barrel used to be so good but lately quality is just going down.
Portion very small, looked like less than kids meal
Food was cold. Meatloaf was dry mashed potatoes and gravy had a weird taste. Steak fries more than half or burnt very hard.
My food order was wrong and poor taste and quality.
Meatloaf was burnt. The flavor was bland. Not what I'm used to from Cracker Barrel down south.
The food tasted good but the ham was very thin. I don't think the ham was worth $7.79 for it being so thin & just 2 slices. For the price it should be thicker and/ or at least 3 slices. Just my opinion.
