I’ve had Creative Floors install wood, carpet in my home. However, Bob Hapka, a salesman at the Casselberry store was and is very very unprofessional and rude salesman. If you visit that particular store ask to deal with Chris, very professional and very nice. See other reviews on same topic!
I purchased 3-boxes ($300) of subway tile for a backsplash. It wasn't in stock so they ordered it. After receipt, it was obvious that the color just wasn't going to work. I wanted to exchange it for a plain white subway tile. When I made this request, I was shown a stamp on my receipt that says "no refunds/exchanges." This policy was not brought to my attention at time of purchase, so I was surprised. I was told that they'd talk to the tile dealer representative and try to get them to accept the return/exchange.
