Purchased hardwood flooring and carpets. Excellent service from the beginning, from owner Bob and his installation crew. Got a fair price on quality products and installation was accomplished on schedule. All in all, a great experience. Highly recommended.
We've used Creative Floors 3 times over the last 3 years installing tile, carpet, and wood. It has turned out fine each time. I will continue to use them.
Bob, the manager, went over and beyond, not just on customer service, but by showing his understanding and compassion. My best friend had terminal lung cancer and had bought carpet with Bob and the carpet was to be installed the next week. She passed away before installation, I told Bob of her death, and he immediately credited her account for the prepaid carpet; and I'm sure Creative Floors was out this money. . Well I called twice to talk to Bob hapka about a estimate on my deceased sisters house wanted to replace flooring, but was left on hold for 10 minutes then left two messages and Bob never called me back wow call that a business so guess I'll have to go somewhere else thank you
A friend referred me to Bob Hapka. He helped me navigate the vast selection of carpets which was overwhelming. Once I made my choice there was no waiting for an estimate, it was instant. The whole process from measuring to installation was seamless. Thank you Bob for coordinating a very professional team.
Absolutely dissatisfied with this company. We went to purchase carpet – told them the existing carpet is glued down. As they were at my house removing the old carpet – I get a phone call telling me it is taking more time to remove the rug because it was glued down and told me it would be another $200 dollars to finish. This was so unprofessional and terrible business practices. I will never use this company again !!!
Im not happy with the install. We have a brand new townhome and when the installers came I wasn't home and I believe they had to cut the carpet in my home. When they left I had staples still on the floor and carpet pieces everywhere. This was very unprofessional and to leave my home like that. I wouldn't; recommend them to install.
My experience with this company was not great! I purchased carpet, wood flooring for my complete house. I send emails to Bob Hapka, salesman, which would take days, if at all, to respond. Finally Nancy replied with my request. There are two Bobs working there. Bob Hapka was very very rude and very unprofessional! Will never recommend this company again because of Bob or ever go back.
