Purchased hardwood flooring and carpets. Excellent service from the beginning, from owner Bob and his installation crew. Got a fair price on quality products and installation was accomplished on schedule. All in all, a great experience. Highly recommended.
We've used Creative Floors 3 times over the last 3 years installing tile, carpet, and wood. It has turned out fine each time. I will continue to use them.
Bob, the manager, went over and beyond, not just on customer service, but by showing his understanding and compassion. My best friend had terminal lung cancer and had bought carpet with Bob and the carpet was to be installed the next week. She passed away before installation, I told Bob of her death, and he immediately credited her account for the prepaid carpet; and I'm sure Creative Floors was out this money. .
