We were already working with a competitor, when on a lark we decided to stop by Creative Floors. That’s when we met Joe Mongognia. And that’s when we canceled our arrangement with the other company. HUGE shout out to Bob Hapka and the team at Creative Floors! I’m so impressed, as the process was pretty painless. Bob helped with recommendations and we got exactly what we asked for. The installation crew was professional and worked very hard to complete this job. Fair price and great process. Many thanks from this extremely happy customer! Now I have to get to work painting my new baseboards.
On a whim, we decided to stop by Creative Floors to see what they had to offer as we searched for a new flooring company. We're sure glad we did. Bob Hapka guided us in all the right directions and their prices worked just right for our budget. Both the flooring and carpet installers were very professional, helpful and did a great job! I've already recommended them to a couple people and will certainly keep them in mind if we need to use them again!
We’ve had a tile back splash and fire place tile work done through Bob Hapka with Creative Floors in the past, so when it came time to choose new tile flooring for our house, we knew it was Bob Hapka that we would call, and he did not let us down! He helped us pick the right wood look tile and perfect grout. He also got us the best tile crew to do the work and it was all done on time. It looks amazing! We are loving our new floors! We needed carpet replaced in three of our bedrooms. I did some research and found that Creative Floors came highly rated. I, also, saw on a Facebook page that recommended Creative Floors, specifically, Bob Hapka, as he lives in Apopka as do we. So, we visited the store in Casselberry and was not disappointed. I first discovered Creative Floors back in 2003 when I was looking for flooring for our kitchen. After visiting many other stores that didn't seem interested in my business, I happened to drive by Creative Floors and was impressed with their selection and friendly service. I bought my kitchen floor from them and installed it myself. We needed carpet for our two bedroom condo. I checked Google and Angie’s List and generally the internet sites for places that sell carpet. I determined that “Creative Floors” had the most consistent good reviews. We live in the Conway area so we went to the south Orlando location.
