We had been looking for new flooring for our kitchen for some time. When we entered the Creative Floors location in Casselberry we knew we were at the right place to solve our flooring needs. There was a much larger selection than anyplace else we had shopped, and Carl did an outstanding job providing information without pushing us to decision. Five stars doesn’t even begin to describe what an amazing experience we had with this company! We tried locating tile to match our existing flooring for several months before reaching out to Creative Floors. Bob Hapka tracked it down for us (even though it had been discontinued) just when we thought we were out of luck. The installers were awesome and the new flooring looks seamless. Love our floors. We had the best service I've experienced. JR and his extremely hard working installers were amazing. They stayed and finished our entire house in one day! We were very pleased with Bob, from the time we met him to the end of the project he was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Creative Floors finished our new tile floors yesterday and we could not be happier! We had a warranty issue with some carpet that needed to be re-stretched after almost two years after installation. The installer showed up on time and did a great job. Our carpet looks better than ever.
First off, Tim, at the Orlando location was very supportive in helping us make a final decision on the right tile floors to redo our home. Secondly, the team that came to the house was very professional, efficient, and provided high quality work. We were very impressed with the tiniest detail that the team considered, for example, adding a small cut of tile to an area of the kitchen that was not quite aligned.
