This was my second time dealing with CA and it has been a very good experience. My husband passed away a year ago and they worked with me to keep my car. It's now paid off and I'm going they'll work with me a3rd time to get myself a truck soon.

I don't expect the app to be "perfect" being new but I see only 2 things lacking at this moment which are scheduled payments (not autopay scheduled) and full transaction history. Other than this, the app is good so far for what I need it for. I haven't tried making a payment with the app yet so I'm not sure of any issues there. To those wanting to log in with fingerprint or face, make sure it's on in your settings when you log in the app. Tap log in with fingerprint next time and it should work.

I see that one guy said the email said that you can use facial recognition to open the app. To that guy, dude, it means that you should be able to unlock your phone with facial recognition.

I like the app, but, I wish there was an automated payoff option that shows you how much instead of having to call and get a quote. Also an option to talk with a live agent from the app. These things would be awesome.
