It's been over a year now and it is still difficult to use. It's my car, in my name, my social security number and I STILL have to use guest pay because it does not recognize me any other way. I still get charged the 3$ every time too. Auto pay doesn't work for me because it takes them at least 2 to 3 days to process which negatively effects my other auto pays. I switch apps to unlock my debit card for payment now and it not only logs me out but resets all payment info.

App refuses to log in. I've updated password and immediately tried logging into the app and it still says there an error. I'm not around my PC often so I was hoping I could be able to use the mobile app but I guess not.

You overcharge people, and it will take forever yo pay your bill off because of your billing.

App is not bad for the most part. I did run into the problem of not being able to make a pay off payment by highlighting the custom pay amount. It would only allow me do a set payment amount. Didn't matter what number I tried to add to the custom amount it would only show the zeroes already there. Had to go on my Google web browser to do the pay off amount after trying to do it on the app x5 times.

If this is the best the only reason I gave it a star is because I had to leave a review!this company can do towards getting there payments then they don't deserve them this app is pathetic!!!

between the dealer and this company. they are going to send me into financial ruin. always check and double check and triple check when signing bills of sale. they useed my whole 11k down payment and i still owe more than the purchasee price which i was baited and switched with the word of a salesman that they have they car i wanted in stock only to leave with a car that doesnt even qualify for a used ev credit because they said that there was no bank that woud finance that car for me $10k more

On 11/21/24 I attempted to make my payment due on 11/30/24, for $360.00. The app, which I always use, did not give me the regular confirmation and receipt of payment. Therefore, I tried a second time to make a payment of $363.75, to cover the administrative fee. I was reviewing my back account and noticed I was charged twice. One payment of $360.00 and another one of $363.75. This error, on thier part, over drew my checking account. I contacted them for a credit back, but they have not...
