Can't see payments or what's owed. But they can take my money and I not see my remaining balance very acceptable. Oh! and the online app is just as bad please fix these issues.
It's very difficult to get an agent to answer.
App won't let me reset my password. I go to get the code from my email, and the screen on the app to enter the code disappears. I shouldn't have been signed out in the first place. Furthermore these guys are constantly several days late at withdrawing payments. Not impressed AT ALL!!

I had no issues with the app until today. It's saying i need to connect to the internet, but I'm connected to the internet. And 2 months later and no response from the tech team and still having issues.
I can't open the ap.it says my email password doesn't match.then I try to reset and logs me out
