App hasn't worked for 2 months
Non working app please go back to how it was now its not working
I can't log in the mobile app It keeps saying I have no Internet but I do please fix it asap
I had no issues with the app until today. It's saying i need to connect to the internet, but I'm connected to the internet. And 2 months later and no response from the tech team and still having issues.
I can't open the ap.it says my email password doesn't match.then I try to reset and logs me out
unable to sign on it says no Internet. Even though it says it has a connection
Hard to navigate
I've removed the app since the first time I had it due to it saying to connect to the internet. So I downloaded it again and it still says the same.
I've had the app and have been making payments for a few months now. On day one I was able to see my balance and how many payments were left. Now it just shows unavailable and they just keep telling me to give it a little longer.
