If I could leave zero stars for this company.I would, but it doesn't allow me to do that. if you have any dealings with these people, I say, get your money out.And run. I have never had such a terrible experience in my life.Paid off my loan within five months because of it. Or should I say i'm still in the process of trying to pay it off
Changing down to a one star as the app doesn't even log me in after the last update. I've tried reinstalling and nothing works. Guess I'll just do it on a browser.

credit acceptance corp hits my Experian credit report with a hard inquiry every month! For 3 years now! This is very wrong!
credit acceptance has completely screwed me over! my sister consigned for me and after I paid off the car they came after her credit for no reason. they told me I would receive my title in a month of my last payment. that was a lie! it was months later after calling the that I received a letter saying that I didn't owe them anymore. apparently now they don't even have control over my title. this place has lied to me hurt my family for no reason and now can't help with my title. DONT TRUST THEM
