If you got roped into dealing with these people, refinance elsewhere ASAP. There's a reason you get approved by them so easy- the service is blindingly incompetent and they will keep asking you for insurance information even after having given it to them multiple times, and threaten to take the car because they don't know how to check their own records. They will also make payoffs an absolute nightmare by double-charging and acting like they have no idea what happened. Avoid like the plague!
It is illegal to charge a processing fee when a debit or bank account is used. they still charge a fee!!!!!!!

Customer since 2023, all of a sudden my auto payments arent being made, the app is glitching and now I can't even use the app because it doesn't show the log in area, doesnt matter if i rotate my screen or clear cache. App used to be convenient, now it is a hassle and i end up having to go to the browser. Thank god i keep track of payments otherwise I would have missed and I always pay ahead. So thankful my loan is almost paidoff
