If you got roped into dealing with these people, refinance elsewhere ASAP. There's a reason you get approved by them so easy- the service is blindingly incompetent and they will keep asking you for insurance information even after having given it to them multiple times, and threaten to take the car because they don't know how to check their own records. Incompetence and finance do NOT mix well in my book. Avoid like the plague.
Customer since 2023, all of a sudden my auto payments arent being made, the app is glitching and now I can't even use the app because it doesn't show the log in area, doesnt matter if i rotate my screen or clear cache. App used to be convenient, now it is a hassle and i end up having to go to the browser. Thank god i keep track of payments otherwise I would have missed and I always pay ahead. So thankful my loan is almost paidoff

Just made a purchase and installed the app, which is nonfunctioning. Also, the online 24/7 customer messaging option is not working either. This is not boding well with me, as I feel scammed and have no recourse. I have a serious question and am unable to contact you without a phone call. I have personal reasons why I avoid phone calls at all costs.

happy they took a chance on me and let me become a customer. irritated they charged me over $9000 to issue me the loan on top of the loan amount and a ridiculous interest rate. more like predatory lending but got me into a car so I deal.with it. over all with interest and fees im paying over 22,000 for a 8500 car
