I can't get past the reading and acceptance.
App is buggy. need to fix your website to. went to view my pay off quote after clicking the link all it did was flicker and freeze.

Charging $3.75 every payment is a lot. You shouldn't be charged if you are using ACH payment through your bank. No reason I shouldn't be able to use my credit card to make payments.
The app rarely works for me (signing in). Since financing my vehicle 2.5 yrs ago, I've been able to sign in 4x (max). It always says 'Authentication Failed', & when it did work, it'd be hit or miss on the biometric sign in feature. I've uninstalled, deleted cache/data, etc, reinstalled, to no avail. Don't waste your time downloading this until they get it fixed. Use the website directly instead. Safer.

keeps saying authentication failed, and I do not get to reset password
they have a representative named Julie...the most horrible human being I have ever talk to in my entire life, she literally put me on hold up until 11pm witch is they closed time and when I called back she told me they closed! what a joke! I regret doing business with credit acceptance! 👎🏿 never again
