Will not let me log in.
I have a brand new s25 but it wont let me log in. it keeps putting my fingerprint sign in on but I do it over and over but it never goes any farther. can you please fix it, or tell me what I need to do? i uninstalled it, again, and it worked🙄 the app is beneficial though. thanks

the only thing I don't like is the constant calling if u owe 99 dollars it truly ridiculous
buyer beware of this company,they have added late fees and additional payments into my account,for example the day before yesterday I made 2 payment on my car loan plus late fees,the bill for the total amount was $553,as soon as I submitted the payment $663 pops up in amount owed and the $663 I didn't authorize them to take.i could go on and on ,how they manipulate your numbers not to mention they call you everyday all day everyday.even just after making a payment and tell them when you'll be
Nothing but problems lately. The app opens but won't allow you to log in. It's been doing this for a month now. I have to go to the website to look at my loan info. what's the point of having an app if it doesn't work?
