This app makes it difficult to make my monthly payment. It is currently telling me I need to create an account, which I did about 6 months ago, or to log in. So I go to log in, and the account does not exist. I go to create an account, and an account already exists. OK, so, let's recover the password. My information doesn't match. Neither password, social security number, account number, or my birthday. Nothing matches. This is my car, my account information, and I go threw this every month.
Required an update LITERALLY everytime i need to make a payment.
Scam company, creditors etc. they give you loans at 20+% interest that you can't pay off.
Having problems getting in my account extremley upset
The app has an update every month I go to pay my bill. Way too many updates for an app that never changes in function. The company themselves screw your credit over and will not work with you even through they are a credit building company. Save yourself hours and a headache and simply find another company.
It just never properly works!! Ugh, this app just sucks. Sorry for my language but don't know any other way to express myself!!
It's not too bad. Simple to use. Still a scam company that takes advantage of people who haven't fallen for credit nonsense and aren't labeled "profitable". That's what a credit score is, how profitable you are. I paid most upfront and financed very little so they can't make much off me. Still, $4 to just pay your bill is a straight scam. Credit acceptance is a terrible company of conmen, avoid at all costs. They exist to steal from you and everyone else in need. Disgraceful.
The only problem that I have with the app is I made a payment 2 weeks early then the due date but I have received a text stating that my payment for this month is due on the 17th of this month they need to keep a better track of people payments and I hope that I dnt end up paying twice in one month.
Keeps saying I don't have Internet but I do!
