Process was really quick and once the loan was approved remaining g accounts were settled in days. Communicating via email wasnt the best but it worked well enough since my work schedule made phone conversations difficult.

This was our first consolidation experience. They very patiently gave me the procedures and got everything set up. They were always very professional and helpful in the completion of my Credit9 account. During my consolidation, I was able to track everything that they were doing I also had to agree with every payoff to each creditor before they executed the process. The way the interest and fees stack up once you do the Credit9 loan is pretty gut-wrenching, so if you can get it paid off on time, the sooner the better.
