I could not had asked for a better way to help with my debt. Credit 9 was always so helpful and they would always answer my questions. One thing I loved was that the information was sent by email, text and they would call you too. Always keeping you inform and making you part of the decision making. They were able to lower my monthly payment from what I was paying before and that was an extra for me. Def recommend them to anyone that is looking to get help with their debt.

***** C from Credit 9 has been very helpful and upfront about the loan I would be getting and how it works. It's hi interest but what else could I do at this point, my creditors are paid off and I'm on my way back. She did tell me that I should look to refinance the loan in the future so that's what I hope to do.Dealing with ******** and Credit 9 has been professional and friendly. If people want to complain about them start by looking in the mirror, I'm in the situation I'm in due to my own actions.
