Process went reasonably well. When I talked with one person (don't remember her name) she said that credit 9 wasn't connected to ********. I was getting some responses from a person other than ****** and when I e-mailed her back (twice) and ask what happen to ****** I received no reslponse. Other than those two items everything else was very good.
