They were very helpful. The rate is significantly lower than my 3 crediut cards combined. Helps me start saving again
I am very pleased with the whole process. I can't say enough good things to the people here at Credit9 who helped me start this year on the right track. I was paying my six credit cards for the last 5 years and its like a never ending web of hell paying the minimum and robbing peter to pay paul was my life. I have read the other reviews and am very surprised. Apparently Credit 9 has some work to do with training in customer service. However, the process as I am working through it has been nothing but professional with times for follow up adhered to; information related to me professionally handled and completely - and I do mean completely - explained. From the very first correspondence with Heather O, I was extremely pleased. She explained everything clearly, as well as answered every question I had. She called every time we set an appointment, without fail. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I've received.
