I had the pleasure of working with Heather, who was not only kind and understanding but also informative and very knowledgeable. I admit. after reading all this reviews, i was very leary, but i gave them a shot since i really dont believe in all the reviews that u can read online nowadays. I talked to Charles and he was very helpful in more ways than none. he explained to me the whole fine print and how the loan works and what not. im very happy that i made this decision.

I had a great experience working with Credit9. I was hesitant at first but after feeling them out, I felt comfortable trying them out and I am happy I did. They have amazing customer service and were very knowledgeable and patient with me with all of the questions I asked (and trust me I ask a lot of questions) I received a good rate and would recommend giving them a shot!

Why I gave Credit9 5 stars. 1. Paid off my 3 credit cards with a way LOWER rate. 2. Transferred to my account in less than 3 days 3. every part of the process was so easy and smoothly. 4. Customer service is on point 5. All the loan processors who helped me from start to finish were genuinely nice and professional.
I give them 5 stars because after one year of regular monthly payments, I requested that the remainder of my credit card debt be paid off and it was paid off. The nice thing about it was that the interest rate was only 5%. Now less than two years of getting out of credit card debts, my credit rating once again back to good with all three bureau. I am so happy they helped me get out of credit card debts.
Very happy with company. They keep their word as promised. Doing my part of the terms made it so easy and they are actually willing to help. This was a great decision for me.
