Between them an americor, not sure who is more shady of a company. Kept receiving harassing phone calls saying I needed to close out my ******** loanand get a credit 9 loan as this would pay off my husband and my debt faster and rebuild our credit. I told them how much I could afford and told that would be no problem. My loan *** was rude and basically harassed me into to the loan or I would have to start all over with ********. i want to say i been paying credit 9 for 2years for a loan 0f ****** i have paid them so far ****** they say i still owe them ****** they are ripe off they say they help you but they don't i still pay them on time because i have no choice i am thinking of getting a lawyer to help me take them to court and let the judge decide if this is fair so please if you in a hole like i was for help don't use credit 9 they are rip off please pay this forward so they cant do this to anyone else thank you

I have paid off my debt with credit 9 july 9th 2024 and I was told it could take up to 90 days to see my credit score change . And here it is 8 months later and showing a negative balance. I only found this out when I applied for a mortgage. I do have proof from my bank that I paid it off in full

Went back and forth numerous times with this company explained my limits via phone communication as well as wanting to visually see the information so I could review at my pace and not be rushed over a call. I had a loan with is this company. I started a debt consolidation with a company beyond finance I have the money in my debt consolidation at beyond ***** account to pay this account but ********************** will not return any of the phone calls to we can finalize my loan. My experience with Credit 9 was initially ok. When I tried to discuss how I got to this loan I was discussing my feelings with their partner company which is ******** and it being public knowledge that they work together I asked for advice on what to do with my situation knowing full well they could help me.
