I spoke with *******************-customer service. Right away she told me that we were talking on a recorded line. She spoke very clear, nice. She was able to pull up my information very quickly. She was great! Except for telling me we have two more payments left. That made me sad because we thought we were done, lol, jk. She said all statements would be sent along with having paper work saying the account is closed. She was very informative. Thanks ****!
