Monica's attention to customer service is second to none. Her efforts alone have made me a customer for life! I found myself needing service in a flash to pick up my littles from school, she got me in and out and even had a loaner car ready should I have needed it! She cares and it shows!

Excellent service and support. Exceptional customer service from my service advisor, Bryan Oldman. I live in Central Texas and have visited a few Cadillac dealerships in Houston, Central Texas, and Dallas. Crest Cadillac is by far the best Cadillac dealership in Texas! Their customer service, attention to detail and vehicle care is superior than all the others. I will definitely drive 200 miles again to Crest Cadillac for my vehicle services. Monica took great care of me. Think 750$ for a mouse chewing a connection.to water pump Is ridiculous pricing but my service rep Was great. Doing a little research online find out many plastic car connections have soy in them? And dealers covered rodent repair under extended warranty’s which I purchased?? “that it was and on going problem with the Accords whose sensor was manufactured using a New Soy Based Insulation, believe it or not the service Rep showed us the new Replacement which actually had yellow Tape on the Wiring... read more

Samuel Dixon was able to find a car that I was happy to purchase for my son. He even surprised my son with a bow on the car to present it. It was a nice touch. I just wish they could honor a minor repair we found right after the purchase, but overall he was quick to respond and I hope to see their service stays the same since this is my very first time working with them.

Caleb and Jenny are truly amazing! ! From the time I spoke with Caleb on the phone and entered the dealership the service was TOP TIER. Ten out of Ten will recommend. Caleb also referred me to Julian at Stonebriar Chevrolet to purchase a truck for my son. So in a week we got a 2025 Escalade and Silverado.
