After several trips of mishaps in repairing my engine, I was finally able to get my car back in the condition it was in after the needed repairs. It took some steps in communicating my dissatisfaction with the repairs, but they made it right. Thank you to the management and service department for fulfilling my service.

I love Crest Cadillac's service department. Brian Oldham always takes care of my needs. I never worry about if the job is going to be completed correctly. The mechanics do an awesome job, and Brian always keeps an eye on my car to make sure everything is going well and on time as well as keeps me informed. James Freel over the years is someone I also enjoy visiting with.
