I love the valet service. I’m always left a clean loaner car and My car is returned clean and all issues are addressed. Everyone is very professional and excels in customer service.

Service personnel was polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. Work performed seems to be very good and on a timely basis. When checking out was informed use of credit card for payment would necessitate a 3% add on. If you are going to do this on each service call, please advise customer when car is delivered. Seems like like a A REAL xxxx-OFF FACTOR.
