Recently used Crest Cadillac to service my 2008 Cadillac XLR. They were through, prompt and delivered a quality service as promised. I was totally satisfied.
I service my CTS consistently at this dealership and overall happy with the service, Brent did great job with my recent service and flat tire. However, they need to work on the overall communication/coordination since originally my car was assigned to Monica who was actually out of the office for a week and a half, not sure how that happened which caused some confusion and delays until Brent took over. Another issue they need to work on, lack of loaner cars when it is truly an emergency such as flat tire.

Great service. Shawn Barron always takes good care of us. I was especially pleased this time because they found the source of my rattle and fixed it and now my XT5 drives like a Cadillac should...very quietly. Shawn always listens and then follows through. Every Cadillac service department needs a a Shawn Barron.
