Went to Crest just to look at the XT4. Chris’ product knowledge and customer service sold us not only on the XT4 but in Crest Cadillac as the dealership we wanted to work with. Chris too the time to explain the difference in models, trim packages and more than anything he listened to us. We didn’t play the “let me talk to the manager” game. Chris was upfront, honest and to the point. We will be back to Crest Cadillac and Chris Rucker in the future.

The whole experience was no stress and so easy. Douglas was so helpful and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to work with Tanya (Financial manager) to get me the best deal I could get. Douglas also made sure that I had a spare tire for my Cadillac. Tonya is a wonderful person to talk to and do business with. She made everything so easy. I would definitely recommend Crest Cadillac and talk to Douglas and Tanya. They will definitely be so helpful and get you the best deal possible thank you.
