They go above and beyond to get you the car you want. They were more than fair on trade in values. Everyone was very professional without being pretentious. Good experience. Douglas was awesome and put in so much effort to get things done for me. Douglas was very patient during the entire process and still efficient. I would easily buy a car from him again.

Jenny Joseph was kind, courteous and knowledgeable of the Cadillac brand, especially the XT4 and XT5. Before I arrived at Crest Cadillac, she sent me videos walking around each of the vehicles in which I had expressed interest. Myles Bates, Sales Managers, and Joshua Gabbai, Business Manager, were thorough, courteous, and easy to work with. I will continue to do business with Crest Cadillac.

We drove from Calera Oklahoma hero after trying to deal with a Sherman Texas dealership. Two things were accomplished by approaching Crest Cadillac, the transaction was absolutely amazing. Paperwork was near completion. Once we drove the distance…the second thing was that we realized we had wasted a lot of time with our local dealership… we both know what it’s like to experience the Crest family and are very proud to be part of it. After having visited Lexus and Lincoln, our last stop was Crest Cadillac. We chose to purchase from Cadillac, and Jenny Joseph was the primary reason for that choice. From the warm reception, to the negotiation, to the completion of the documentation, and even driving out to our location to pick up the title, she was exemplary! Because of Jenny, we will be back to purchase our next Cadillac.
