Victor in Pre-Owned cars was excellent. Great communication and follow through. The detailing of the car prior to pickup went beyond expectations, and an ordered DVD player was installed earlier than expected

I came in with a humming noise coming from my right rotor. They diagnosed the issue and replaced the rotor. Upon a road test they heard a slight hum with the left rotor. They made me aware of the issue and gave me a discount on the labor to replace that rotor as well.
