First time using roadside assistance and finally got a hold of Shawn. As soon as he found out I needed help sent Crest representative to troubleshoot my problem and take care of it in my garage.

Great service and always get a car wash . Ask for Gene Reeves as a service writer. He knows his stuff and is a straight shooter. Waiting area is very clean and comfortable.

Logan is always friendly and helpful every time I visit. He takes the time to listen to the issues and makes sure I am aware of all the recommended maintenance for my car. I was disappointed that my car was 6 days in the shop and brought back to me with out being cleaned. I have bought 6 cars from you guys and every time it’s been detailed and spotless when returned. May sound petty but that was one of the reasons I continue to buy from Crest.
