ALL dealers should have a mandatory training from these people, from their reception desk to the time you drive out!!! I've never, in my 48 years of buying cars, experienced a more well-oiled, totally customer-oriented AND DEVOTED TO SATISFACTION dealership. I was at Crest for the 30,000 mile oil change/service of my 2007/SRX - while waiting, I strolled around to look at the latest model of the same car on the showroom floor. Stopped by to price a new CTS. Didn't plan to buy, but Arch found the exact car we were looking for and the price so we ended up buying the same day. Pleasant experience from start to finish. Sales Manager, Alexa, was great at cutting us a good deal and making sure the car was preped for delivery. Very professional and customer service-oriented operation. I just bought a new Cadillac from Crest, and feel like we got a great deal. Crest had more inventory of the desired car that any other nearby dealer, and really make some good deals at the end of the month. They spent 30-45 minutes with me going over all of the features of the new car (at pickup), which make it nice to leave the dealership knowing how to use all of the electronics!

My experience with Crest Cadillac was superb, wonderful customer service. I would hightly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a smooth car buying process. Wayne Massey was very prompt in calling back and answering my questions. I've never had a better experience and I'v purchased 5 cars in my lifetime.

We have bought 7 vehicles from this dealership and mainly because of Bruce Rollins. He gives us beyond 5 star service and we would not go to any other Cadillac dealership because of him. I also appreciate the way Bruce makes sure than when my car is being worked on that I get a car to drive home and that Stephen and I are completely satisfied before leaving the dealership. He always lets us know what is going on with the new vehicles that are coming in so that we know what we want to look at before getting there.

I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Crest Cadillac. Tony Griggs and the entire staff at Crest were so helpful. Tony had a very low pressure, but helpful approach, which I appreciated. He was very patient, yet eager to help to me find the perfect car. He made the entire process easy. Very professional yet friendly. Good follow-up from my sales rep and the young man that went over the car on delivery to make sure I knew how everything worked was awesome as well. Love the car--the options are great and glad they added blue tooth to this model
