Made it easy to get the car I wanted with the options I desired at the price i wanted to be at. Everyone was super friendly and didn't make me feel rushed even though I came in late to do the paperwork and I know I was making them stay past normal business hours. They were all very helpful when it came to my questions. Would Highly recommend working with Crest to get your next deal done!

I can always depend on crest Cadillac service department excellent work.Im always satisfied when leaving.Crest Cadillac is my favorite dealership. Paul Azinger is is my service representative and is always very professional.

The Service Dept. and it's employees have always provided me with prompt, quality service. They bend over backwards to insure that I'm satisfied with the sevice and have, without hesitation, accepted the car back in if something was not fixed to my satisfaction. My Service Advisor, Mr. Gene Reeves, has been a Crest for quite some time, and I'm lucky to have him as my go to guy. Bruce Bickhaus

This is by far the best car buying experience we have ever had! Not only was Francis (our sales person) Super Wonderful, but the entire team was friendly, inviting, warm, welcoming, talkative, treating us like human beings, etc. I could go on and on about this great dealership. There is a reason they are #1 and I will send whomever I can here to Francis. He got the (tough) job done and got me in our new SRX. SUPERB JOB CREST!!!!!

Toni the greatest customer relations officer i have ever had the pleasure to deal with.I had my 2013 JX35 serviced at their dealership, the next day after i got home i noticed a small paint chip on my front passenger door.I live about 350 miles from the Dallas area, so i called Crest Infiniti and was connected to Toni. She not only told me she will have it fixed she also had me speak to their service manager and in turn offered to get my car from where i live and take it tomPlano to fix it. I wanted to express my gratitude to Ross Glauben and the rest of the staff at Crest Cadillac. My husband and I bought a 2012 Cadillac ESV. From the first time we walked into the dealership we were treated with the upmost respect. Everyone was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Eduardo, my sales guy did a great job. He worked very hard to make a deal that would work for me. Trade in was fair and overall I left a a great car that I love. Each person I delt with was professional and fair. The only thing I dont like is the $100 dissapearing deductable on my warranty. I think I should be able to go to any Cadillac dealer and not pay the deductable. Not the dealers fault, but cadillac. something to consider. Thanks, Bob Parker
