It is hard to reach anyone and there is no follow through. My expectations were set to a standard but they were not met.

I had to call the dealership from the service bay to ask them to send Chris out because he never came out when they paged him.. Because I have a tracker in my car I know that my car sat on a side street for over 30 minutes when the work was done. When I was called to check out, I could hear him on the radio telling them to find my car because he didn't believe me when I said it was sitting on the side street. Sending me multiple surveys won't make the results any less bad. This is the third survey with the same answers.

only 3 of 5 items scheduled were completed. only three of five items scheduled were actually completed. now we have to come back.

It took over three months to replace a factory defected window glass. But Chris was NOT responsible for any of that. Crest Cad should also have some place under cover for the expensive vehicles that they have. If my vehicle had been damaged by hail while at Crest and I had to pay for any of that I would have been very upset. Just saying.

The car was not ready when promised We showed up to retrieve our car at 5pm and still was not finished when dropping off at 7am

Customer service was average, definitely did not do anything to make me feel special about purchasing a vehicle with them.

Customer Service has gone way down. Lack of follow up, communication and urgency all has been terrible my last 2 visits.

I've been a customer of Crest for 15 years but will never buy from them again. He was not honest about the price of the Escalade I bought. He told me two different prices and told me he would talk to his manager to change the price his manager prices the vehicle and once I got to finance it was not changed.

Another bad experience with the Crest Cadillac service department. At drop off for Zaktek service, Logan stated it would take “4-5 hours” to complete. I received no text updates throughout my service as I had in the past. I called service department at 4.5 hours for status and was told by someone (not Logan) car was in “detail and should be done soon”.
