Chase is the best service advisor. Services were done correctly and they were very responsive and helpful.

I've had several Cadillacs from Crest and service was a major consideration. Paul Zugelder was my technitian for years and Chase Ybarra seems to have picked up where Paul was when he retired.
We worked with Armon, in the Service Dept. , and he was absolutely incredible! His customer service and attention to detail was second-to-none! We really appreciated his professionalism and friendliness.

WOW! Amazing customer service! Austin Brabick was phenomenal throughout the sales process. He took the time to get to know us and made honest recommendations based on our wants and needs. He is super friendly and patient. He went above and beyond to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. There was no pressure whatsoever and he gave us plenty of time to decide exactly what we were comfortable and happy with. We will definitely buy from Crest again and request Austin as our salesman!
Sales person was awesome but the finance person I was not fully satisfied but I would rate him a 4
I have a rather personal relationship with both my salesperson and service writer. That definitely makes it simpler to cut through a lot of the typical bureaucracy.
