Great dealership. I’ve bought about 10 cars from this dealership through my 75 years!!! I did try to get ahold of someone in management since the person I had felt with last was gone. That was an exercise in futility and it took a few days but I did finally get ahold of Josh whose office was with the managers and believe he might of held a manager title himself. My service advisor was called away to take her husband to the ER. The system broke down after that. Having left my car at 7 AM, I heard from no one. Left a message at 2 and when no one had called back by 3 just went tot he dealership. Finally got someone to take charge and was out by 5. Their system failed then and me. Certainly not the fault of the original service advisor, but their lack of a backup plan wasted the day.
