0 Star : My Experience Once I got home to fill my tank with gas, my gas tank wouldnât open. I had to make a 2nd trip back to Plano on fumes . Michael did fix the problem immediately, He was a great help and has good customer service. The rest of the process went smoothly. Was not happy with Hertz since they only had one compact car. Really needed a midsize car. At least Michael was able to get my car ready 1 day early. Peggy Morken
