Critical class were not placed in a timely fashion without my intervention. The lack of these class stalled my repair for 10 days. 5 Star : Returned Clean

Once I dropped off the car for repair he did not follow up once, in fact, I had to call to see if my car was ready. He said yes but it took 3 extra days to get it complete. I did speak with Larry at Crest Plano and he was a 10++. Once he realized I never heard ONE update from Chase he was quick to follow up for me.

It worked perfectly when the car was dropped off. When I called about it, they just said it happens. But didnât offer to take a look at it or anything.
