Satisfied Buyer I submitted an internet request Sunday afternoon and DJ responded immediately. He asked all of the important questions and setup an appointment next day. Supportive My vehicle was totaled and i started shopping. I don’t like pushy salespeople and communicated my situation and timeline. DJ was very respectful of my requests. Actively listened to my needs. Ultimately I did not buy an Infiniti from them. I did purchase a different vehicle to replace my totaled one and because of DJ’s excellent customer service, I Made sure that I purchased my new vehicle from another Crest Dealership.
