Excellent customer service, great follow through & attention to detail throughout the service repair process. All staff from porters, cashiers, service advisors, service director and service manager are proactive, and strive to go above & beyond to meet client’s needs.

Crest has a state-of-the-art facility and very knowledgeable stakeholders that serve as employees. They have clean restrooms and a neat waiting area in their Service Department. If the vehicle servicing will be somewhat lengthy; the Service Technicians offer either a Loaner or Shuttle Service - their Service Techs will also pickup your vehicle from your residence or office and drop off a Loaner. Teamwork is evident in both the Sales and the Service arena at Crest.

I have had several dealings with the dealership and have always been satisfied, otherwise I would not have gone back. I believe they handled things in a businesslike fashion. While I always hope for a few additional matters, I believe they did what they could and am pleased we were able to make a deal. I look forward to dealing with them in the future.
