Had good courtesy to his customers and make sure that the Customers was comfortable and took out the extra time to explain everything and went beyond his way to explain to me that I had made a mistake and took care of the with no hesitation. My husband and started shopping for a car the beginning of March. Crest at the time did not have any QX60s available, so we went to Grubbs near Grapevine. They had several coming in. When we got the price sheet it was marked up 10K over MSRP and had crazy dealer fees. We said no way and walked away. Towards the end of the month Grubbs started reaching out offering only 5K over and when I said no thank you, they countered with 3K over.
