My 5th Infiniti My own family does not treat me as well as Richie does each time I come to see him. He makes the impossible happen! 2018 q50 Red Sport. This is my 5th car in a row. I am thankful Rickie is part of the Crest family. CUSTOMER SERVICE is in their DNA. Pair Richie, the Crest Team and that infinity badge and I'm Infinti for life. Unparalleled service Tod is an excellent sales reperesentative! Fastest and easiest transaction ever. Tod knew exactly what I wanted and was able to secure me a great deal on a new lease. The "Cadillac" of Sales Experiences! If you're not buying from David Hooks, you're doing it wrong. I had been driving a 2017 Highlander, which was a fine vehicle but I really wanted to get back into an American made luxury vehicle. I didn't know if I could afford it or if it would even work. Crest Cadillac My experience at Crest Cadillac was awesome. The atmosphere was amazing and the vibration of most of their staff was copasetic. Mr. David Hooks is my car salesman. David Hooks is a very genuine gentleman. He is very family oriented and seems to build relationships with his customers which I find is VERY important. Me. Hooks goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are satisfied. The one thing I truly appreciate about David is he tries his best to make sure his customers go home in a vehicle they really like.
