Great dealership I have a 2013 Infiniti JX 35, which I bought at Crest Infiniti. I have taken it there for every service since then and have always been completely satisfied with their excellent service.

I have been a customer of Crest Infiniti since 2004 and have always been pleased with the excellent service I have received. The facilities are clean and customer friendly. The sales and service staff treat customers with dignity and respect. I have leased several Infiniti's but decided to purchase one on May 23, 2020. Great Service Everytime I called Casey mid day to see if I could get an appointment same day . She was able to fit me . She also took the t8me to go over my recommended services and which ones was the most critical & should be done 1st if I wasn’t able to get them done all once. Always trusted service

Excellent service and a great place with absolutely the best Crest Infiniti is a great dealership with a very friendly atmosphere Starting with Richie who has sold me 4 of the five Infiniti vehicles with all the service staff and we cannot forget all the finance staff who make the deal happen. Ahead of Time and Under Quoted Estimate! I was on a bit of a time crunch, but Casey worked me in and returned my vehicle clean, serviced and ready to go - ahead of time and under the estimate she gave me when I dropped off the car. Great experience from start to finish.

Crest is the best. Its always a very friendly atmosphere and the staff are very knowledgeable professionals who listen more than they talk which is a rare characteristic these days.
