Sean, Sam and Tony About 2 months, my G37 IPL was flooded out in N Dallas, it was a late night and a flash flood for the area I was in, I tried to avoid as much water as possible, however, water got in my engine. My insurance company told me to select a collision company to have it repaired because my bumper was off, the fender protection and under carriage, proection was washed away in the flood. Efficient and Easy! My experience was super efficient, which is important to me as a working mom with two little ones at home. I don't have a lot of time to spend at the dealership and I was very upfront about that and DJ was very respectful of that and responsive to any questions I had. He was proactive in getting with me and I didn't have to inquire or wonder where we were in the process. I would definitely recommend and would eagerly work with DJ again.

They make it easy Got a new car 60days ago and have to get back to the dealership for a quick fix and query. Eric and DJ made it easy and it was a pleasant experience, again.

2nd time better than the 1st?? If stellar customer service is what you want, go talk to DJ at Crest Infiniti. I didn't think the second time could be better than the first but they proved me wrong. DJ's son was about to have surgery and he made sure I was taken care of. The sale went so smoothly. I felt like I got a great deal, no back and forth, no games. We are a DJ-Crest-Infiniti family for life! You don't know how stress-free and easy car buying can be until you've gone here! Seriously.

Extremely Satisfied!!!! DJ Johnson was extremely efficient and easy to work with. I wanted a quick fast deal on a car, with no haggling back and forth. Our deal was made within ten minutes of communicating with each other, and we closed the deal quickly. I let DJ know up front what my expectations were and he came through 100%. The transaction went smoothly and we could not have asked for a better sales person. I highly recommend DJ Johnson.

Great follow up and focus During the process I was able to share with Robert what I was looking for in a car and he was able to work to find the best car for me. He had to coordinate with the preowned department to answer my questions. Even on a Saturday I was able to get in and out with my car in about an hour. Thanks to all those at Crest.
