Love my new QX80! This is my second purchase from Crest and again, they did not disappoint. Daniel Ali made it a very easy and pleasant experience to trade in my QX56 for a 2017 QX80. Friendly, helpful staff Daniel was super helpful and friendly every step of the way and was there for every step. He was responsive to every email, text, and phone call - even after the sale was done. He worked really hard to ensure we got the cars we wanted at a price we were happy with. The entire team was great to work with. I was dreading this ordeal, but it ended up being a pleasant experience and for that, I would recommend this dealership and plan on returning for future cars!
Best dealership in DFW Just purchased my second Infiniti from Jon and Ritchie at Crest Infiniti. I had a couple of months left on my Q50 lease and had brought it in for an oil change. I had requested a loaner, since I needed to get stuff done and didn't have time to wait. Good guy to work with Earnest drove a car out to my home for me to test drive overnight. We were able to make a deal on it the next day while I was at work. I scheduled a time to come in and sign paperwork and it was a relatively painful process. I would buy another car from Earnest.
Olivia rocks! I pulled into Crest Infiniti today and was driving out in my new car in a matter of a very few hours with minimal headaches. I highly recommend this dealer and this salesperson.
