Great dealership great customer service We loved the dealership really nice, we really appreciate our salesperson DJ for everything he did for us, great customer service and he got us in a really great car thank you.

Best experience Had the best experience with David and Chad! David made it so much fun, and even though I was stressed, he constantly reassured me. Chad finished it off on the finance side. Both guys had the best personalities. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect Experience DJ is a top-notch dealer. We never felt pressured. He was friendly, unassuming and easy to work with. He and sales manager Caleb Brosin worked patiently with us to reach an agreement we were pleased with on a great new Infiniti. We drove off in a nicer vehicle than we were looking for, with a better deal than we expected. Great Follow-up Customer Service after the Sale I came in to Crest looking for a deal and that's what I got. Perhaps I should have done more research prior to coming into the dealership, but the car I purchased did not have some of the technology features I simply expected in a $40,000 vehicle. Unfortunately, I did not find out about the lack of these features until after driving the car off the lot. New car purchase DJ and his manager Thanh were real nice guys. They offered me a test drive on a new Q60, and I came back with an offer the next day. Basically they accepted the offer without too much back and forth. Pity I had to purchase my car from another dealership in the end, because the ones at Crest did not have the exact features I was looking for. But I'll be returning there for service, I owe them one.

Finally someone that listens to a customer! I was in the market for a new vehicle. I already had been to multiple dealerships and received the run-around and had my needs ignored. Patient, professional & phenomenal experience! I have been working with DJ since before the 2019 QX50 came out. He’s been patiently waiting for my to come around and has been literally the best dealer person I’ve ever worked with. He was patient, understanding, honest, and so helpful.
