Q60 Experience Finally decided to purchase either a Lexus RC or an Infiniti Q60. Went to test drive both and was upfront with each sales team of our intention. Both teams were professional and courteous, but the Q60 won due to the car, the sales team and the dealership. Ended up being the 2nd car we purchased fro Crest Infiniti and in particular DJ Johnson. DJ knew the product, listened to our discussions and found the right car.

Best Customer Service Ever!!!♡ My experience with Infinity was great and my sales person was AWESOME! I am a very indecisive individual and Dj was very patient with me and and not pushy at all! Quick and Painless - Great Experience Everything about Crest was a fantastic experience. With both of our existing cars from a competitor, I was nervous coming in. Great Team My husband and I had been at Crest earlier in the day and returned that night after 8:00 pm just to look at another car on the lot. DJ was still there and even though he was not our salesperson stayed and helped us for 30+ minutes. We came back the next day and purchased the car. Great Customer Service DJ was very professional and attentive. When I first spoke with DJ he provided me with his email and cell phone number. I called DJ often with questions as I am over 2 hours away from the dealership. He was very accommodating and always answered the phone or responded to my text promptly. When he was with another customer he made sure someone else responded quickly. He provided great customer service. I would refer anyone looking for a car to him.
