Easiest Decision to Make Based on my interest on website, got a call from DJ on a saturday afternoon at 2:30..walked into the dealership at 3:30..walked out at 7:00 with an awesome QX50. DJ was honest about what he can and cannot do for us. This, in turn, helps in coming to a quick decision. The dealership is a very nice family-friendly place with the best service. Very nice people all around.
Pleasant atmosphere and Enthusiastic staff We were greeted with a bright smile and pleasant face. Earnest was eager to assist and provide details when needed. The paperwork took a little longer than expected but had no bearing on the customer service provided by Earnest.
