DJ helped me purchase a great car! When I walked into crest I was only intending to test drive a car. Buying a BMW was my first choice but the dealership was not able to get the payments down low enough for the car of my choice. The Infiniti Q50 was my second choice. No BS My experience with this dealership was very positive, mostly due to the salesman (John Dagnan) being pleasant and direct without reeking of your stereotypical car salesman. The receptionist, sales management, and other sales associates were all very friendly - particularly a young guy working there who's name I don't know but was extremely friendly and courteous despite the fact that I wasn't his customer. I got a great deal on the front end, finance guy was great too.

Great experience DJ Johnson is the best Sales Consultant I have ever had in 40 years of buying cars. He got me the car I wanted as the right price. He communicated constantly so I knew where we were in the process. He made everything as smooth as glass. I got a car at Crest Infiniti back in the early 2000’s when they were in Plano. Now I am back as a Crest customer again because of DJ.

Great Day!! DJ did a great job helping my decide what car she wanted. He was patient while we test drove 3 different vehicles. She finally decided on the Q50.
