Sales Experience Crest Infiniti was very professional. We saw the car we wanted on the internet and send a message to the dealer. Within a few minutes we received a response. Ultimately we leased a vehicle with a low cost payment and very little money down. We traded-in our Lexus and they gave us exactly what we asked in terms of trade-in value. Great! Daughter thrilled with the car! We recently purchased a car for my daughter at Crest Infinity. DJ Johnson was our sales rep and he did an excellent job! Great experience! I really appreciate the efforts from DJ Johnson, Duncan McPhail, Donny Dixon, and Josh Brosin. We were referred by a friend of ours to Duncan at first. It was a very good experience from the moment we walked in the door. As a Director of Sales, I was so glad to see it was much more of a consultative experience. Because of the explanation, flexiblilty, and due diligence, we decided to move on a QX80 from a pre-owned QX56.
Great service! We went to Crest Infiniti for a test drive of the QX60 since we couldn't decide between MDX and QX60. Our sales DJ Johnson was great and explained all the features and options/packages in details, and the price negotiation part was smooth too. Needless to say, with DJ, we went home the same day with our QX60. :)
