I didn't know what to expect while purchasing a new car. Caleb Brosin was our sales rep and he made this experience "seamless" and easy. I am so excited about using the concierge service and everything they offer when owning a FX35. Caleb was superb and I would ask for him if I were you when shopping at Crest Infiniti.
Jeff (Tux) did a great job and helped me with my new car purchase. I HATE buying a car, but this experience changed my attitude. The attention, concessions and attitude of everyone involved was 'top notch'. I would highly recommend buying a car from Crest Infiniti...I love my new EX35!

I highly recommend Crest Infiniti to anyone that is in the market for a car. During my recent purchase, I worked with Caleb Brosin. Caleb immediately made me feel like family and treated me as such. After the purchase, my new EX 35 was placed in a private showroom in the back. For the next 30 minutes or so, Crest showed me everything about my new car and setup my bluetooth and navigation. Rob took care of me quite well. When I first went to Crest for service, my rep was no longer available. Afraid I was going to be shuffled around, Rob picked up the ball and made sure I felt comfortable with the service being offered. My car has always been ready when promised, clean and serviced in a way that meets or exceeds my expectations - consistently.
We originally had our mind set on a Audi, but decided to give the Infiniti a try. We were overwhelmed with the overall experience after being so underwhelmed at the Audi Dealer. Their pricing was very fair and everyone went above and beyond. The finance department was a pleasure to work with as well. I am confident that Crest will back up the purchase which is why we left the Audi Dealership. Now that we have the EX35 we couldnt be any happier.

I had a the best experience at Crest and it is strictly because of our salesman---TUX. He not only sold the car, but he sold customer satisfaction. I bought a G37 sedan. I original wanted this car, but I was keeping my options open. The first night I visited Crest we were in "ahh" as to how we were treated. We were looking for a new car. We had a Cadillac 2006 DTS and wanted to look at the new Cadillac DTS and a new Infiniti. Crest Cadillac people were very nice, we first looked at the Cadillac and then walked over to Crest Infiniti where we were very lucky in getting Jeff to help us.
