Jeff is highly enthusiastic and knowledgeable about Infiniti, their products and services, and himself. He actively listened to what we were looking for and quickly understood that the G37 was for me and not my husband. Jeff captured my imagination at how much fun it would be to own and drive the G37. He fully explained all the features of the car and took us for an exhilarating test drive! This experience was so strong, that the other competitors were literally, ‘left in the dust’. Jeff introduced us to the sales management... read more

From the minute I walked into the showroom floor to the minute I drove off the lot with my new Infiniti G37 Coupe, I was treated like a king. Everyone was so knowledgeable and driven to make me feel great about my purchase. Go to Crest!! Go be thrilled!! You will NOT be disappointed. "The Extra Mile" should be Jeff Browning's middle name!

My E46 BMW M3 was totaled while parked and unoccupied. I was very sad to see it go, but that put me in the market for a new vehicle. I saw some negative reviews for Crest on the internet, but I decided to check them out anyway and I'm glad I did. Don't always believe everything you read online, verify it for yourself. I had a great sales experience, Caleb was knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered almost all my questions. The one or two times I asked something he didn't know, instead of making up some BS he researched ... read more

We went there looking for a car with a hard to find color. They had both colors we were interested in, used for way under any price we had seen so far! Chris was so friendly and no pushy at all. The service was great. I felt at ease the entire time. I would highly recomend this dealership, and Chris, to anyone!

Al was very helpful during this buying process. He kept me informed of what was going on. The only issue was the person who ran my credit, possibly his manager. He refused to allow an offsite pre purchase inspection, and gave no explanation as to the reason why. This dealership failed to disclose rear bumper damage in addition to a cracked trim piece on the trunk.

Sadly, I have to say the experience with Crest has been the worst. We have bought from Swell 2 times and Platinum 2 times over the last 6 years and their process was smooth and honest. Tux our salesperson was pushy and rude at times (even making my wife uncomfortable and leaving office). I would have walked but my wife really wanted the car. We haggled over the trade in and the car purchase and we finally agreed I would pay the price they showed on line for the car (somehow the price changed once we arrived at dealership). T... read more

I don't know who Braeden is. I don't appreciate having to wait 3 hours to sign 5 documents, because I had my own loan. Whomever the guy was that made me wait yo sign documents was incredibly rude. Im concerned about the quality of the "certified pre-owned" status being that you sold me a car with a faulty air bag. I don't even get to drive my new car because you're already having to work on it for a week. HUGE SAFETY ISSUE!! GASSETT WAS WONDERFUL!!! I would recommend him, but DEFINITELY NOT CREST!

A two hour wait just seems too excessive for the routine services that we received.
