We went there looking for a car with a hard to find... We went there looking for a car with a hard to find color. They had both colors we were interested in, used for way under any price we had seen so far! Chris was so friendly and no pushy at all. The service was great. I felt at ease the entire time. We called & called and left several messages just wanting to ask a simple question, but no one was ever available or would ever return our calls.

Purchased a car and second key fob is not programmed to Purchased a car and second key fob is not programmed to the car. The manual key does not fit the door. Need a second key programmed but we live in Waco, TX and the dealer wants us to drive back to the dealership, which is not an option.

I was very pleased with the customer service and I was very pleased with the customer service and workmanship. However, I was overcharged for gas for a loaner after I filled the car at 3/4 of a tank as instructed. Also, charged for tolls. This was a loaner that I did not ask for or want. It’s on you that you did not have the part in your inventory and could not finish my vehicle. I paid you approximately $1,200 for the job, however very disappointed with respect to this treatment.
